INTEL REPORTS FOUNDATION is a youth-led Think-Tank dedicated to addressing complex global challenges through comprehensive analysis and innovative solutions. 


We focus on three core areas:

Through rigorous research and collaboration, we delve into the intricacies of international relations, examine historical contexts and current dynamics, and provide policymakers with strategic insights that help navigate the complexities of global diplomacy.

Vinay Jangid

Founder

Vinay Jangid, Founder and Visionary of Intel Reports, emerges as an illustrious leader of a forward-thinking institution devoted to confronting global conflicts and challenges through meticulous research and pioneering solutions. A distinguished top tier expert in Political Science and International Relations, Vinay brings unparalleled scholarly distinction to his steadfast dedication to research within these domains, complemented by profound expertise in diplomacy, global economics, security strategies, and technological advancements. Renowned for his intellectual acumen, he cultivates an erudite culture of knowledge dissemination and strategic foresight, empowering policymakers and elevating public discourse through his visionary stewardship.  

Dr. Kevin Garcia

Research and Policy Head

Dr. Kevin Garcia is a distinguished Ph.D holder in Ocean Studies from ETH Zurich and a vital member of IRF’s Global Advisory Committee. Renowned as a pioneer in studying penguins in Southern Chile near Antarctica, his groundbreaking research has significantly advanced our understanding of marine ecosystems and their delicate balance. His exceptional expertise and innovative approaches have earned him widespread acclaim, setting new standards in oceanographic science and conservation. Dr. Garcia’s dedication to exploring the impacts of climate change on polar species, coupled with his meticulous fieldwork, showcases his unparalleled commitment to environmental stewardship. His contributions continue to inspire global efforts to protect these critical habitats, making him a beacon of excellence in his field.

Max Sysyn

Global Advisory Committee Head

Max Sysyn is a dedicated public servant in public policy, passionately committed to championing marginalized communities as a member of IRF’s Global Advisory Committee Head.  With a strong background in organizing events, conducting quantitative and qualitative research, drafting policy memos, and crafting evidence-based solutions, he strives to make a difference in government bodies and think tanks. His expertise spans education, energy, housing, labor, foreign affairs, and economic development, with a keen focus on broadening his knowledge. His insightful approach and tireless advocacy mark him as a rising star in the pursuit of equitable policy solutions.

Dr. Shangu Seok, Ph.D

Advisor

Dr. Shangu Seok is a Professor in the Department of Security Policy at Michigan University, specializing in international security, coercive diplomacy, nuclear strategy, AI military applications, U.S.-China relations, and North Korea. As an IRF Global Advisory Committee member, he contributes deep expertise to global security discussions. Previously, he served as Lecturer at Seoul National University (2020-2025), and Visiting Scholar at Yale University (2018-2020). Dr. Seok holds a Ph.D. from Florida International University (2019) and M.A. and B.A. from Seoul National University.
